Patrick Ductant (born July 9, 1987) is an American entrepreneur, investor, and business executive best known as the co-founder and owner of Billionaires Row. He has built a career spanning domestic commercial real estate, private equity, entertainment, private events, and luxury hospitality.

Born in Miami and raised in South Florida, Ductant developed an entrepreneurial mindset early in life and pursued opportunities across multiple industries. He attended Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School, where he further developed the foundation for his entrepreneurial aspirations. Early in his career, he gained experience in the luxury hospitality industry aboard the Queen Mary 1 and Queen Mary 2, where he cultivated a passion for world-class service, luxury experiences, and client relations. 

The experience helped establish a strong foundation for his future endeavors in the luxury sector. Throughout his career, he has focused on business development, strategic investments, and cultivating high-level professional networks.
